Once you selected a video package and submit your content, our team will begin editing your footage. When we complete 5-6 clip video clip grabs, we will provide you with a downloadable link to view the content chosen. At this point, you will need to provide us with a Headline (Max 55 Characters) for each video clip.
After purchase, an order confirmation page will display and follow the purchase note provided. This purchase note is also in your invoice email. You can also click on your My Account page > Submit Video Content Details and answer the brief questionnaire for our production team.

Once we deliver your first video preview, you will be able to make 1-3 rounds of changes free of charge*. (*Depending on the package)
This is dependent on the content you provide. Typically we are able to pull 4-6 “golden nuggets” per an hour of footage. Don’t worry, you can always upgrade to more hours to cover additional videos.
If you do not like your video mockup template for any reason and you decide to cancel before the first video is completed, we will refund you 100%. No questions asked!
